Rare High Demand Products
The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services releases products that are in high-demand and have limited distribution from the product makers. These include, but are not limited to, highly sought bourbons, whiskies, and other small batch spirits offerings. The DABS uses a drawing system that selects who can purchase the items using our Rare, High-Demand Product (RHDP) program. This creates equal access to the products that are limited and in extreme high-demand. To enter, users must have an account and monitor this site for when a drawing opens and then register to enter the drawing.
